Information Provided by Customers:

All information provided by the Customer to the Company, including but not limited to: name (including phonetic kana), date of birth, age, gender, address, telephone number, email address, ID, place of employment, department, work address, work telephone number, details of complaints, transactions, consultations, inquiries, other contact information, and nicknames.

Article 3: Purpose of Use

1.To provide services, for business communication, and for contract management.

2.To send information or surveys regarding the Company’s products and services.

3.For general accounting operations, including payment processing.

4.To respond to various inquiries, consultations, and applications.

5.To exercise rights or fulfill obligations based on contracts or laws.

6.To improve services and develop new services.

7.To perform contracted services.

Note: Personal information acquired through contracted services is not subject to disclosure.

Article 4: Notification of Changes to Purpose of Use

The Company will not change the purpose of use beyond a scope reasonably considered relevant to the original purpose. If changes are made, we will update this page and notify users via the “News” or “Information” section.

Article 5: Restrictions on Use

Upon request from the Customer for disclosure, notification of purpose, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable period after verifying the individual’s identity. However, we may decline the request in whole or in part if:

1.The identity cannot be verified (e.g., mismatch of addresses).

2.The authority of a representative cannot be confirmed.

3.There are deficiencies in the required application documents.

4.The information does not fall under “Personal Information Subject to Disclosure.”

5.The requested corrections are not factual.

6.Deletion is not possible due to the nature of the data.

7.Suspension of use would involve excessive costs (in which case alternative measures will be taken).

8.It risks harming the life, body, property, or other interests of the individual or a third party.

9.It risks significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company’s business.

10.It would violate other laws.
