Ambiguous Construct

Ambiguous concepts and frameworks of perception.

Refers to what makes up human perceptions and social concepts (constructs and frameworks). There are ‘concepts that are not fixed, but fluid and uncertain’ and ‘structures that are open to interpretation’.

When interpreted socially and culturally and taken as shaky values and institutions, it suggests that what is universal is in fact fluid.

Expressing that what was thought to be ever-changing (physical form, values, reality) or solid is actually ambiguous (social institutions, history, identity) or open to multifaceted interpretation (meaning different things to different viewers).
